Summer is Coming!

Get your body back on track with this 6-week program! The program will include nutrition counseling, three strength classes per week (Monday through Thursday from 5:30-6:30 PM, and Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 AM) as well as weekly weigh-ins. Just $250 for the 6-week program. If you’re unable to attend all three classes per week, we will send a list of exercises home with you to do on your own.

 

Gentle Yoga

Get your ZEN on in our Gentle Yoga. Perfect for beginners! Mondays and Wednesdays at 4PM. Drop-in classes are $30 or $130 per month unlimited.

 

envisionSTRENGTH

A high-energy, circuit-style workout. Get inspired to train harder in this small group setting with trainer, Adam or Marla.

Classes are one hour and are held Monday through Thursday from 5:30-6:30 PM, and Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 AM. Just $130 for the month, and you can attend as many session as you like.

 

Personal Partner Training

Get a customized workout plan under Marla’s watchful eye. Private workouts for two will ensure you reach your goals without injury. Call for more information—limited availability.
